Economic Development Guidelines and Application
The Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity, Bureau of Community Development will be holding a Grant Administrators Conference for any and all grantees involved in the Community Development Assistance Programs (CDAP). Topics to be discussed at this conference include environmental review, procurement, grant award documents & welcome packages as well as construction, LMI hook-ups, grant modifications and expending/drawing down funds. Grant managers from the Public Infrastructure, Revolving Loan, Economic Development and Housing programs will give in depth and up to date information on everything that is needed to run a successful grant program.

The 2013 CDAP Design Engineering grant application round is now open. Please use the following application forms and guidelines when submitting your application. Applications are due April 12, 2013.
